VISA INFORMATION

To attend the conference, foreign guests will need to obtain a visa. There are two options for obtaining a visa depending on your citizenship: an e-visa or a tourist or business visa.

E-Visa

Nationals of 64 foreign States may be granted an e-visa to enter the Russian Federation through the border crossing points. Check here if you are eligible.

— The e-visa allows entry to Russia for up to 16 days.
— The application is submitted online through the official website of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
— You will need a valid passport, a digital photo, and travel details.
— Processing usually takes up to 4 calendar days.

Tourist or business visa

If your country is not eligible for the e-visa, you will need to apply for a tourist or a business visa with an invitation.

— You must receive an official invitation from a Russian host organization or hotel.
— Submit your visa application at a Russian consulate or visa center in your country.
— Provide a valid passport, completed application form, photo, and invitation letter.
— Processing time and fees vary depending on your location and the type of visa.
Important: If you require an invitation letter for your visa application, please indicate this in your conference registration form. We will prepare the necessary documents to support your visa application.
